My warmest "Welcome" to all new students taking HGF227 this semester. I hope you will do well in this course. More importantly, I also hope that you will learn something useful and that you will become a better global citizen in raising your awareness about climate and the environment, and become committed towards controlling global warming and reducing your footprint (carbon, water, energy etc) on Planet Earth. Love our planet - we only have one. Destroy it and we destroy ourselves. See you in class.
